Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church is committed to serving people with special needs Recognizing that families who have children with special needs (physical, emotional, cognitive, visual, and hearing impairments) oftentimes incur extraordinary expenses related to their child¹s condition, the Willie H. Ryther Memorial Children’s Endowment Fund is designated to provide opportunities for such children to participate in enrichment, recreational, therapeutic, and/or spiritual development activities that would not normally be affordable by the family due to limited resources. Please contact the Church Office to find out how to apply for a scholarship from this fund.
This ministry centers on adults who are handicapped in a variety of ways, including those who are mentally ill and others who may have special needs. Agape Reservoir meets most Friday evenings from 6 - 9 PM in the Fellowship Hall. While we are a Christian based ministry, we do welcome all faith based communities. For additional information contact Pastor Jeri or Melinda Mason, Office Manager.
Please contact the Church Office if other accommodations are needed.
